Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
Clapea Games (“we”, “us”) is a game studio that makes Agent 77: Shadow Net and runs this website. Questions about privacy: admin@clapea-games.eu.cc. This policy covers our website, our emails and our games.
2. Information we collect
Website. You don’t need an account, and the site uses no advertising cookies, trackers or analytics. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and request time, to keep the site secure and working.
Contact and Early Access. If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you tell us. We use it only to reply and to manage Early Access.
The game. We don’t collect your name or email through the game. Any technical data the game sends, such as crash reports, is not linked to your identity.
Platform data. On Steam, PlayStation, Xbox or another storefront, that platform handles your account, purchases, Trophies or Achievements under its own privacy policy. We receive only what the platform shares with developers, such as aggregated sales and crash data.

We don’t sell personal information and we don’t use it for advertising.
4. Legal bases (EU and UK)
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on your consent (for example, when you contact us for Early Access), our legitimate interests in security and improving our games, and legal obligation.
5. Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us run the website, email and game services under agreements that limit their use of it; with platform holders as described above; and with authorities if the law requires it. If our business is sold or merged, information may pass to the new owner under this policy.
6. Cookies and local storage
The site sets no tracking cookies. Your browser may store basic data the page needs to work, and you can clear it in your browser settings.
7. Retention
We keep emails and Early Access records for 12 months after our last contact, then delete them unless the law requires us to keep them longer. Server logs are kept for 30 days.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict its use, to withdraw consent, and to receive a copy. These rights come from laws including the GDPR and UK GDPR, Egypt’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 151 of 2020) and the California Consumer Privacy Act. To use them, email admin@clapea-games.eu.cc. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
9. Children
Agent 77: Shadow Net is rated PEGI 16+ and is not directed at children under 16. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you think a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.
10. International transfers
Our service providers may process information in countries other than yours. Where required, we use safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
11. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No online service is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.
12. Changes
We may update this policy. We will post the new version here with a new effective date and tell you about significant changes where the law requires it.
